All orders will be processed and shipped next business day. Orders will be shipped via UPS, if address contains a PO Box, order will be mail via USPS. Shipping is only available in the United States, please contact the Pro Shop for shipments outside the United States.

Exchange/Return Policy If you are not satisfied with your order, simply return to us within 30 days and we will credit you for the entire amount minus the shipping charges. Exchanges can also be made within 30 days, though you will be responsible for all shipping charges. If your item is damaged upon receipt, please contact our pro shop at 603-644-5000 ex. 6125 or email: asobel@manchestermonarchs.com Laundered (washed) garments or damaged products cannot be returned or exchanged. Hats cannot be returned or exchanged. To return or exchange an item, write your invoice number on the outside of the box and send it via UPS or Certified US Mail to: Manchester Monarchs Pro Shop, 555 Elm Street, Manchester, NH, 03101. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages that sent to us for return or exchange. The buyer is responsible for shipping charges on exchange and return items. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Privacy Statement Privacy Guarantee: We occasionally send emails to our customers to notify them of special promotions or new products in which we think they might be interested. If, for any reason, you wish us to stop sending these notifications, simply email us and we will promptly remove your name from the list. We never share our customer data with outside organizations. Inventory: Please call the Monarchs ProShop if you do not find what you are looking for on our website, as we may have limited quantities on hand. Proshop: Come visit us in the ProShop during the week! We are typically open Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm unless the building is hosting an event. We are open year-round, come stop by during the summer to cool-off and chat about hockey!
